Yetzirah Summer Conference: 2026 COVID Policy

The health and safety of our participants, faculty, and staff are our top priorities. Accordingly, we reserve the right to update these guidelines.

We ask that you confirm full vaccination and at least one booster at registration, and show a photo of a negative Covid test taken within 24 hours of arriving in Asheville. (Fully vaccinated means one dose of Johnson and Johnson or two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, plus at least one booster within the last year)

In our prioritization of community care, given that there may be many among us who are in some way  immunocompromised, we will provide masks for all who want them.

We also ask that those flying into the conference please mask while on planes and in public concourses.

If anyone exhibits symptoms of Covid-19 during the conference, we will ask them to test, and if positive, the individual can recover in a single dorm residence or at their home. We will provide tests for individuals who have come into close contact with any person who tests positive.

Should a participant  test positive for Covid-19 prior to the Conference and be unable to attend, up to June 10, ten days before the conference, Yetzirah will refund their tuition and open the space to another participant. After June 1, refunds will be based on our ability to secure another participant.

Please note that the campus housing is shared, with communal common spaces and bathrooms. We will ask that each apartment of participants discuss their comfort around masking in shared spaces and act according to the apartment consensus.

Overall, whatever our participants’ individual health concerns, we ask that our community acts in a way that honors and protects the most vulnerable among us.
