Reading Series

Our annual reading series celebrates the publication of recently released collections and anthologies, promoting the work of both emerging and established Jewish poets. Each reading will take its theme from the Jewish calendar, with topics including self-reflection, wildness, and liberation. Find recordings of our past readings here.

Conversations: Faith in Arts

Hosted by poet Rick Chess, Yetzirah’s treasurer, and co-sponsored by the Black Mountain College Museum and UNC-Asheville, these conversations with Yetzirah readers and faculty members explore the role of arts in spiritual practice and religious life and the role of spiritual practice and religious life in the arts.
