Reading Series
Our annual reading series celebrates the publication of recently released collections and anthologies, promoting the work of both emerging and established Jewish poets. Jewish Poetry Conference
Our inaugural conference was held June 20-25, 2023 at the University of North Carolina-Asheville. Alicia Ostriker was our keynote speaker, while Rodger Kamenetz, Ilya Kaminsky, and Jacqueline Osherow were our workshop faculty. Learn more about our inaugural cohort and staff here.

Conversations: Faith in Arts
Hosted by poet Rick Chess, Yetzirah’s treasurer, and co-sponsored by the Black Mountain College Museum and UNC-Asheville, these conversations with Yetzirah readers and faculty members explore the role of arts in spiritual practice and religious life and the role of spiritual practice and religious life in the arts.
