Biography
Ukrainian-born, Russian-speaking Jew, Jane (Yevgenia!) Muschenetz was granted asylum in the US as a refugee from the USSR at 10 years old. Today, she is a full grown MIT nerd, emerging writer, and mom to two very American kids. In 2022, Jane won the Good Life Review Poetry Prize and was shortlisted for the Jacar Press Chapbook Prize. Her first poetry chapbook, All the Bad Girls Wear Russian Accents, is forthcoming from Kelsay Books in 2023.
