Biography

Lisa Rosinsky has been a finalist for the North American Review James Hearst Poetry Prize, Orison Book Prize, Ó Bhéal International Poetry Competition, Slapering Hol Chapbook Prize, Crab Creek Poetry Contest, Fugue Poetry Contest, and Morton Marr Poetry Prize. Her poems have appeared in 32 Poems, Cimarron Review, North American Review, Vita Poetica, SWWIM, Palette Poetry, Third Coast, Tahoma Literary Review, Mid-American Review, Baltimore Review, Prairie Schooner, and other journals. Lisa is a graduate of the Writing Seminars at Johns Hopkins and holds an MFA in poetry from Boston University, where she was a Robert Pinsky Teaching Fellow and a teaching artist at the Boston Arts Academy. She has also been the recipient of a Writer-in-Residence fellowship from the Boston Public Library. Lisa lives in Boston and works as a children\\\’s book editor.
